woah, i had yet to update my blog since i came back from genting. well, enough said about genting. people had been asking how was my trip. one word, BAD, no doubt the climate there was so much more comfortable than singapore. in genting, i`ve to babysit my cousins with my sister while the adults went to try their luck at the stupid casino and we were stuck in the room without the room key, meaning that when the tods and even ourselves were hungry, we could`nt even pop out of the room to get food. `cos why? `cos if me or my sister was to go out, the tods wanna follow and my sister would`nt let me stay in the hotel room alone so well goodness gracious, we're trapped! and there was'nt anywhere for us to go except for the small shopping arcade and the theme park. i wished i could go down to KL but with parents you and i know it`s rather impossible. thus me and my sister just walked around aimlessly and all the time we were buying cookies to eat. LOL! we did go to the theme park also. actually on the 1st day morning when i arrived at genting, i saw zhen yao and his friends there while my sister met her friends. such a coincidence! thought can go together with zhen yao and friends to the theme park but his mobile line does`nt have international roaming so i could`nt call him. so in the end we went with my sister`s friends instead. tried most of the functioning rides. quite similar to the ones i took in hk so i was more or less calmer. =) but shopping wise, i din get anything! sad right? wasted trip! i think i slept more than i play. =(
ok then i came back and i fell sick again. sighs...
i was busy doing stuff with my friends since i was back. i could`nt care less though i was sick. `cos i need some funds for studies. hope all efforts will be paid off. =) and then i just started on a new tuition assignment as well. my tutee's mum was a strict lady and somehow or rather she resembles june so i start to miss june again. lols! she looks rather young and we got along quite well as she talked to me about her previous tutor and her son. it certainly looks like she got a good impression of me which seriously hope so. the son was kinda reserved when he first saw me. but after the lesson we were on talking terms already. seems that i can get along with this kid also. =) he is a rather handsome young boy i would say, tanned and cool (hey i`m not a paedophile hor! i just think for a primary 1 boy, he looks really fine.), and he is an independent learner also. i hope i can really help him secure his grades though. =) looking forward to get more tutees as i`ve decided to be a full time tutor. =) by the way, the day before was the last time i taught rachel. she gave me sovenirs. so sweet. =)
recently there`s a song by evan yo call 我可以. usually i'll have my speakers off when viewing blogs `cos some music really cannot make it. but yesterday i accidentally left it on and i heard this song playing in uncle songhan's blog. it`s super nice. and uncle songhan directed me to you-tube to watch the mv. guess what, at night i went k box with lionel and his friend, he sang this song to start the ball rolling! my new favourite song. xD
oh yes, many are going back to school. be it the beginning of a new phase or be it after school holidays, all the best. do study hard. =) and for those having exams, remember to study smart k? all the best as well. =)
